Taking yourself to the gym doesn't necessarily translate into getting a good workout - even with the best will in the world, it's often hard to push past your comfort zone to exert the level of effort that will allow you to achieve meaningful results. This is where it's really useful having a personal trainer - someone to inspire you, to coax you along, to challenge you, and perhaps at times to bully you. I've trained with a couple of trainers with different motivational styles since I joined a gym 2 years ago, but linking up with Petr has made all the difference in helping me to get the most out of my exercise routines.
